Palm trees + Icebergs is a way to take a step back from the day to day perspective and find your bearings again

Our full day off-site helps you and your team to look at near and distant futures through different lenses, as a first step of mapping opportunities, threats and interesting developments.    

Together we look for strategic opportunities for innovation, business models and propositions, particularly the ones you may have overlooked, as well as potential threats from unexpected directions. Think new technologies, changing behaviours and radically different competitors.

Our facilitators focus on collectively imagining possible futures, and study them from different angles. Not as a way to predict The Future, but to learn from many different futures and broaden our collective horizon.

In the process you will come across inspiring new ideas and challenge existing beliefs.

How it works

Sign-up

Get in touch and we’ll schedule an intake call. This comes with no obligations.

Intake

You receive a small questionnaire per mail, followed by a 1 hour call for us to better understand the context of your objectives, your business, and the group dynamics.

Prepare

Our facilitators immerse themselves in your business and industry. Where possible we read up on strategies and programs already in place that may be relevant to your long term vision.

Offsite

We welcome your team in the morning, throughout the day we explore 5 possible futures. We wrap up with drinks around 4PM

Report

You receive and overview of all the ideas and perspectives captured throughout the day, including a summary of the the most essential concepts, opportunities and threats.
